A very special, spacious house (ca. 200 m²), that comes together with a garden (ca. 1000 sqm) in the historical centre, close to the main piazza and in the same time very quiet. There are some nice amenties such as antique tiles (ca. 1930) putted down like a carpet or the alcove on the groundfloor. To restore.

The "casa del forno" (the oven house) is a separated unit with own entrance, actually connected to the second unit with two doors. It consits in one room with big stone walls, the rock and arches, all blakened from the smoke of a very old, very single oven which already exists.

The garden goes downhill with some natural terraces, sunny and under the shadow of some fruit trees.
